WHY YEMEN
After years of persistent conflict, Yemen is on the brink of complete economic collapse. With 80% of the population in need of dire humanitarian assistance, for many, everyday life is a struggle for survival. This is why Pure Hands chooses to work exclusively in Yemen. Our goal is to make an impactful difference by focusing our dedicated team and resources into building a long-term solution for Yemen.
YEMEN’S HUMANITARIAN CRISIS
Years of persistent conflict drove Yemen to a complete economic collapse. For over 80% of the population, everyday life is a struggle for survival. With over half the country’s health care facilities either damaged or completely destroyed, basic life saving resources are now a luxury. The numbers are startling, but behind these statistics are real people, all in the midst of the world’s worst humanitarian crisis.

Pure Hands South Africa is a non-governmental humanitarian organisation in South Africa established in 2024.
Pure Hands South Africa aims to provide needy individuals with local and international humanitarian relief. Pure Hands South Africa intends to carry out several local and international projects and activities to achieve the objectives for which it was established.
